Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ozzy.School ApS handles information on our website, ozzy.school. Our online teaching material at material.ozzy.school has its own privacy policy for the teaching material.
The short version
We collect as little as possible. You can browse our website without giving us any personal data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us, or when your school orders a subscription.
Who is responsible
Ozzy.School ApS, CVR 41444266, 2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark, is the data controller. You can reach us at info@ozzy.school or +45 2683 5827.
When you contact us
When you send a message through the contact form on our website, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- the name of your school (if you enter it)
- your message
The message is sent to us by email and is not stored on the website. We use it only to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or taking steps before an agreement with your school (Article 6(1)(b)).
When your school orders
When a school orders a subscription, we collect the information needed to complete the order and send invoices:
- the school's name and address
- the contact person's name, email address and phone number
- details needed for invoicing
We use this information only to fulfil the agreement with the school and to meet our legal obligations, such as bookkeeping (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (c)). We keep it for as long as the agreement runs and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires.
Visitor statistics without cookies
To see which pages are useful, we use our own installation of Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. It only records anonymous, aggregated information such as which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, the country and which website linked to us.
Videos
The videos on our website are played through Vimeo with "do not track" switched on, so Vimeo does not use them to follow you around the internet. When a video loads, your browser connects to Vimeo's servers, which are covered by Vimeo's privacy policy.
Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies. If you choose to log in to the teaching material, that service uses a cookie that is necessary for the login; it is described in the privacy policy for the teaching material.
Who processes data for us
The website is hosted by Zone Media OÜ (Zone.eu) in the EU. Email to info@ozzy.school is handled by Simply.com in Denmark. The texts and pictures on the website are managed in Sanity, which contains no personal data about visitors. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else, and we do not show advertising.
Pupils and children
Our services are made for primary schools. We never ask for or collect personal data about pupils. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to our use of it or ask us to restrict it. Write to info@ozzy.school and we will reply within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Our website links to other websites, such as our partners. We are not responsible for how they handle personal data, so please read their privacy policies.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
